With this ad I hope to find friendly correspondence with anyone of female gender. Age is not important. I am incarcerated in the state of Virginia's penal system for Malicious wounding with 12 years left to serve. I am also hopeful to find someone that might donate their time and experience on a "Pro Bono" basis to help me get a new trial. My case was self-defense as I was only protecting myself from 2 would-be attackers. My only previous convictions were 2 DUI's that were over 7 years old. The two men involved are fine and healthy with no permanent physical defects.
I have worked all my life supporting my family and knew nothing about the Law. I have 6 beautiful children and 4 grandchildren who need me, as I need them. I am a non-denominational Christian. I raised my children as Baptists, but I myself was raised as a Jehovah's Witness. I enjoy all conversation and am open minded. I take great pride in helping others and I am doing volunteer research for a Christian Ministry in Atlanta, Georgia who reaches out to prisoners and is in the process of putting together a Housing program for recently released inmates.
