While working in Warner Robins, Georgia, as a carpet cleaner I became a suspect in five armed robberies, December 1994. After returning to Chicago Illinois Jan 1st, 1995, my worries of Warner Robins vanished.
Feburary 24th 1995 I was arrested by U.S. Marshal as a fugitive. For two months I fought extradition but I was transferred in April to Houston County Jail Warner Robins. There were seven victims involved in five crimes throughout Houston County Georgia. They are as follows:
Charles & Karen Gremillion - were robbed in the carport of their home; suspects reported to the police as two teenagers.
James Lovett - was robbed for his car while buying gas at a convenience store; as reported his assailant was very dark complected.
Jay Baker - was assaulted in his front yard but reported to police he was unable to give a description.
Debbie Struth - was robbed in the garage of her home; she describes her assailant as being in his 20's, approx. 170 lbs.
Kim Veal & Ginger Huff - Described their assailant as being very dark complected. Kim Veal was a victim of purse snatching while her sister stood nearby.
Seven days prior to trial, I was forced to use a court appointed divorce lawyer. Judge Nunn, (bro. of former Sen. Sam Nunn) allowed the state to introduce evidence that did not belong to me. I will provide all trial records to anyone who wants to lend a helping hand.
