I'm writing seeking representation, I wish for a Habeas Coperis filed. I came to this prison Aug. 23rd 2005. I've had 2 misconduct violations which were fabricated while on AC/status the first 18 months here. I request release to population every 90 days P.R.C. I've exhausted the AC/Appeals process, I'm place in a catch 22 situation concerning Parole. The Parole board has denied me parole.
I know I have no right to population here or any prison. Two of the conditions for parole consideration , I must complete programs. I have a favorable recomendation from the D.O.C., the DOC doesn't parole R-H-U inmates. My counselor says the list for programs is 3 months to a year. My next parole review date is on or after Dec. 2008 so as you can see I'm in a bad situation.
I've had co's here issue misconducts on me and other staff interfering with my petitioning the courts challenging AC/status. I do believe I meed the "A-typical significant hardship" standard in Sandin vs. Conner 515 u.s. 472 (1995), Wilder vs. D.O.C. 673 A.20 30-32 (PA Cmnwlth). If anyone chooses to represent me "PLEASE" let me know your fees as soon as possible so I can have payment & paperwork maled to you.
They've stolen, trashed, sold, broken much of my property. I'm being taken advantage of due to lack of outside support and was even unable to mail out the ad listing without help. If someone can help legally or even with an encouraging word, please do so. I look forward to hearing from you soon.
