I am an innocent man sent to prison for a shooting I did not commit, and could not have committed where a friend of mine died. This wrongful and unjust conviction involves involves a conspiracy by Judicial Judge officers Donald E. Campbell, Trial Judge; Ex-elected District Attorney Jeannie Smith, and Assistant District Attorney Larry Swartz; and two Public Pretenders Jorge Seirra and Phil Tate. Location: Colorado Springs, Co. - El Paso County. Yes, I am prepared to show this conspiracy and my innocence to anyone interested.
The fact is that I do not have the money to afford equal Justice the United States Consititution every American Citizan "No Money, No Justice". I am now fighting an uphill battle. Filing briefs and motions without any knowledge of the art of Criminal law, or the rules of the law. This battle for Justice is my priority. I have no family or friends. The friends I did have abandoned me after promising to help me get my life back. This broke me spiritually. I need love. I am 6' 5", 255 of the good stuff.
