A GREAT INJUSTICE

Now it's been about 108 people that have been freed off death row, by DNA evidence, but what about the cases of innocent men that don't have DNA? They are being constantly overlooked. I have been incarcerated over twenty-two years, because of being a poor minority with a criminal record. Most people that there's only one law in American, but there has always been two, POOR-LAW and RICH-LAW.

To the readers of my site, this will be the last article concerning my case, I don't think anymore is needed in explaining the miscarriage of justice that was done to me again; what I write is reality. My intention is not to win people over but to touch the heart so they can feel the injustice that was done, taking me away from my children, my daughter who I have never been on the outside with, and haven't touched in the past seven years.

Back on August 28th,1980 the police issued a warrant for my arrest accusing me for the killing and shooting of a couple of friends. For 11 1/2 months the police claimed they were looking for me, yet I was reporting to my probation officer twice a month. I'm quite sure they knew I had a criminal record, being an ex-gang member, so why didn't they apprehend me while reporting? I believe because of so very little circumstantial evidence, they had to find a way to strengthen their case against me, and that came by way of a robbery case. I was arrested 11 1/2 months after the murder and 4 1/2 months after this robbery case and charged with both crimes. Please have an open mind and let me show you how they railroaded me for these two crimes and why they took me to court for the robbery case first when they knew the murder was first to take place.

On March 10th, 1981, Ms. Mary Alice Brown who is the sister of Nancy Williams moved in with her sister after her apartment burned down. From reading Felman's police report (Exhibit A) I came up with the following conclusion: This was an inside job set up by Ms. Brown, who needed money and knew that Feldman carried a lot of money on him. That day she called Feldman and told him that she wanted to see him so she could view TV prices. Feldman arrived fifteen minutes after the call. Ms. Brown answered the door and told Feldman that she had already looked at some prices? Where did Ms. Brown go view TV prices in fifteen minutes? No Where! She does her part by alluring Feldman to the house and her friends (robber's) are in waiting.

I noticed doing my research of this case? No Mary Alice Brown?
* She did not go to the door when she heard Feldman calling for help.
* She didn't go to the window along with Ms. Williams & Ms. Scott.
* She didn't go down to the police station to give a statement to what happened.

Ms. Brown stayed clear and showed no concern for Feldman, even when one robber was caught 5-minutes later she didn't go outside to the police car to identify, as Ms. Williams.Scott & Miller (who lived next door.) Why? Guilt? Ms. Scott goes to the door and looks down fifteen flights of steps and sees two men struggling with Feldman and says, " Oh my God, they got a gun", and was pulled back in within two seconds by Robert Brooks.
