Collins.
Lorence also admitted he conspired with Phillip J. Thomas, Attorney Grievance Administrator to protect Jeffrey G. Collins, who intentionally helped to convict me, would not object to the knowingly false evidence by prosecutor, refused to put witness on stand on my behalf, refused to show evidence,refused to allow me to testify in own behalf, refused to further cross-exam witness when admitting innocents,admitted protecting best friend Posner, Posner & Posner attornies-at-law, who cheated me out of $216,000 from near fatal car accident, product liability.
Admitted he bribed Michigan Dept. of Corrections to destroy evidence and place lies into prison records. 42 U.S.C.A. S 1983, Case No: 94-cv-72257-DT, allowed to proceed in forma pauperis June 10,1994, federal marshal served summons, complaint, also admitted bribed court reporters to omit testimony, which proves not guilty,also admitted bribing Court of Appeal clerks into destroying evidence. Judge Gerald E. Rosen refused to rule on motion to disqualify for changing facts, leaving out evidence denying Jury trial, appellant review, [see 94-cv-70704-DT), Life in danger.
