I've been incarcerated since (1986)/Fifteen - plus years, on a 1st degree assault charge, 25 year sting with a 2006 CR Parole date maximum.
However I am in need of Legal-assistance (Investigator, and Criminal lawyer) for a hand to hand physical fist fight (RSMo 3217.385, Class B Felony), I've contracted while incarcerated on (5-2-01). Where I represented myself "Pro Se", and was found guilty due to inappropriate Jury instructions submitted, over my objections, that carried an unindicted Accuser therein, along with other defects. I am currently in the Mo. Court of Appeals for rulings before I file my 29.15.
