Dear Reader; I'm a poor inmate prisoner who through no other evidence than Perjury - testimony at trial, McCombs was wrongfully convicted in 1990, through false-unlawful means, Police misconduct & conspiracy, he was set-up and framed by Indianapolis arresting Police Officers on May 25, 1989 while at his life in residence.
