Brief Description: My name is Bro. Khalfani Malik Khaldun, I am also known to some people as (Leonard McQuay). I am a 36 year old Black/New African man who was born and raised in Gary, Indiana. I'm 5' 11" tall. I am 210 pounds currently with a strict exercise program that helps me to maintain a tight body. I wear a bald head with a beard. My eyes are brown and they change colors in the sunlight.
My Interests are: I enjoy reading materials on culture, history, politics, economics, and world events. I read magazines, and newspapers on an assortment of issues. I write poetry, short love stories, and I've published several booklets on my struggles. I enjoy jazz music, contemporary soul, light rock, reggae, neo-soul. Honestly I like a lot of music that moves the soul and embrace love of humanity. My favorite colors are red, black and green. I like fishing, hunting, camping, rock climbing, fast cars, all sports and nascar racing. I enjoy assisting and helping others solve problems and learn from them not to make the same mistakes. I study the art of communications and journalism and I am self educated/academically sound.
Likes & Dislikes: I am a free spirit, so I love free spirited women. I am drawn toward people who are intelligent and health conscious. People who overindulge and are disrespectful to themselves are those I dislike. I dislike habitual liars. I dislike people who don't seem to have self-love for themselves and those they are supposed to protect. Women are mothers of the earth and I overstand this and love them for being creators. I personally don't eat pork and red meat for health purposes and admire women that love/take care of their body. Because she clearly understands her divine purpose, a Goddess to mother earth. I love women who display confidence, self-determination, and independence.
The Woman I'm Searching For: I am in search for that special someone (female) who is mature, independent, and established. Race is Important as long as she is strong, socially or politically aware, and has compassion in her heart. I would really appreciate a connection with a woman who is fun loving, humorous, deeply passionate, full of character, and who also is in search of a real relationship. She can be who she wants to be in a relationship with me. She must not be into alot of lying and deception, honesty strengthens relationships, it builds commitment. I refuse to enter into a relationship built on doubts or half truths. She must be willing to write and equally keep a balance in sharing herself with me as she receives from me. She must believe in the creator, as the true force of the heavens/earth. And understand how we man/woman are in the image of this great force as baby gods ourselves.
My Current Reality: I am currently held in prison in a control unit inside Indiana convicted of a prison related murder case I never committed. I came to prison in 1987 for crimes as a misguided youth. I was sentenced to a (25) year term. But while serving this time, a new charge was given to me by prison authorities that would halt my release from prison on the original sentence, which was 12 1/2 years. Prison authorities sought to prevent my release, and when a guard was stabbed/killed, these authorities found their opportunity with this incident and charged me and later sealed a conviction against me.
I was sentenced to a (60) year term, leaving my life in the balance and compelling me to launch a fearless fight for freedom. My days while fighting for freedom are void without a woman in my life, who's not afraid to struggle and stand in defense of my freedom from prison. She must be willing to be my hands, my ears, and eyes, and feet on the outside until all of our efforts bring me home. She must be able to visualize my being free a reality and how we can then really unite as one union. I'm fighting from in here, and the love of my life, if she really wants to be embraced by me in the physical world, should become the champion of my freedom.
