Hello, my name is Maurice Pledger and I've been incarcerated for 1st degree murder. I was misrepresented by a Public Defender who failed to gather evidence that she was told about which could help my defense. The victims family member works for the County Jail where I went to court.
At the moment I have a post conviction that was sent back after the Judge tried to deny it after 90 days. I'm waiting to be appointed an attorney for the post conviction, but fear it will be the same outcome with a Court appointed Attorney. I'm seeking an attorney to do a clemency based on innocence for me.
