Contrary to some belief, while I believe it's more of a figure of speech than reality, I can honestly see the concern from within these walls, knowing all to well that there's over a million men in prison throughout the United States, some rightfully so, and others undeservedly.
My name is Ernest J. Simmons Jr., and I'm a forty-nine year old black male currently awaiting the outcome of an appeal which my Death Sentence was Vacated and a new trial was Granted by a Federal Judge on the 22nd of February 2005.
After spending over fifteen years of fighting a legal system, against great odds, from straight out mudering me, don't let the above title cloud your better judgement of me, for my approach is simple; I'm looking for a good woman, a Wife, and a family with all the trimmings. I want a relationship that's full of Happiness, Excitement, Educational, Loyalty, Honesty, Communication, Loving and Unselfishness...and most of all Commitment!
The color of your skin, looks, physical conditions, former addictions, or age means nothing to me. I wouldn't judge a fruit by it's color, shape or size and rob myself from natures natural resources, which is your beauty and sweetness from within. So why would I judge you?
