Throughout the court system one experiences social shock. It's as if, being in a foreign country. One's unable to read letters, gestures, nor signs. Your level of comprehension is diminished. The court system overwhelms individuals with a language barrier, verbage, and bureaucracy. There's conscious and subconscious communications abounding in my presence all to my exclusion.
If one of yours was on a lake, couldn't swim, and fell out of the boat. Would you holler "You're on Your own!" or attempt to come to their aid and rescue?
State of Wisconsin vs James Terry, case no. 98-CF-2416, 45 years bench trial. Alleged victim P.M.K. 03-29-81 files police report 11/13/98 says kidnapped 11/08/98 and forced fellatio. No sexual assault kit on PMK, DNA evidence "one hair", vaccumed from PMK's vehicle 11/16/98, test resuults excluded me as a match. Case based on credibility.
