"Condit Condemns United States Supreme Court"

When I heard that there was an opportunity for me to submit a commentary, I thought to myself, "What can I submit that may in some fashion have an impact, What can I comment upon and am I qualified?"
"Well thank you United States Supreme Court for the inspiration!" Your latest position asserted only reinforces my resolve to do whatever humanly possible to arouse the oppressed to cryout for "Judicial Reform."

While thousands of Americans decay in prisons within this very country, "You the overseer of Constitutional rights", ignore the pleas of those unjustly convicted. There could be unrefutable evidence of an unjust conviction and there you pretentiously sit. It appears that your interest and concerns are in places You have no moralistic right to be. Though your decision for all intents and purposes may be correct, nonetheless, what two, three or five consenting adults for that matter do behind closed doors is a matter between them and God, and clearly "No Business for the United States Supreme Court!"

How many unjustly convicted Americans were informed by "You the overseer" this last session, that they are to spend the rest of their natural lives in prison, so You could spend time interpreting the Constitution as it applies to "Bedroom ethics?"
I CAN NAME ONE, and that would be mine! I came to you (The Court of last resort) with unrefutable evidence and you never even looked at it. You were to busy looking into "bedroom windows" and things of that nature.
But unlike the many before me, I REFUSE to remain pessimistic in this enviornment, for my spirit to right the injustice for myself and many would wither and die.

I am sincerely grateful to Rene Mulkey and to all who have supported my cause for "Judicial equality." The number of responses I have received along with the words of encouragement indicates that the people of the community and country not only support my concerns, but they support the statements that I have made, which call for decisive action to save the integrity of our judicial system.

Though I am well aware of the ardorous undertaking to excite the enthusiasm of a populous as to a theory which does not have a visible, direct or immediate bearing on the occupations of their daily lives, it is nonetheless a concrete fact that the corruption within the Criminal justice system demands that "We act proactively now!" That Americans do not wait until this fate may befall them or someone close to them.

The environment within the Missouri judicial system is evidence of how powerful the forces of "fear and evil" (This appears to be the preferred word of our time) take hold of individuals and then -slowly- an institution. If good people remain silent and fail to acknowledge, resist, and combat its presence, evil will slowly envelop an entire community and then the country.
Consider this: "The corruption of National governments starts within an individual, then a group, then a community, then a State - until an entire societal shift in values has occured," With true faith, though, we have nothing to fear.

This practice of "Politically controlled justice", will not end until we acknowledge the existence of evil and find the courage, faith and love to take a stand against it. I am hopeful that all of us will open our eyes and hearts, for the example we choose to set for our children now will have an immeasurable impact upon the fate and future of this country.
