I'm Aaron Winfert and I'm deaf, being deaf for all my life. I am a 27 year old African American. I like Basketball, football and all NBA, NFL teams. I like to read almost anything that comes into my hand as I am likely to stay in the cell room 23 hours a day.. To do long time in here myself is hard as it's hard to communicate with them as I'm deaf as far as I know the only inmate being with it.
It's hard as I usually been in "Deaf World" but now there's another world for me to be dealt with as "Hearing World", yes I have hearing friends, don't get me wrong. I'm looking for somebody deaf or not to be my "pen pal". Gender doesn't matter to be understanding to my circumstances. I would also like to just hear from those who share my passion for nature and the outdoors. I am an extremely loyal person who believes in friendship, honest person too! Smile! I'm light hearted and open minded.
So I am pretty simple and would like to hear about the world outside these walls from those in it. If anyone is interested please write as I need one as your words would lift my spirits from darkness where I am at. I look forward to anyone writing and will respond right away!
