To all Lawyers, law students and members of the Law world; I was "Rail Roaded" and given a "Life Sentence" for a murder and attempted murder that I clearly did not do! I was charged with this crime under the "False Pretense" that I was responsible. Because of my size and the suggestion that I had to know about it.
I did not pull the trigger or rob either victim. Neither was I there when any of this took place. Which the jury agreed! However, the "trickery" of words by the deputy District Attorney on aiding and abetting. And the Trial Judge providing the ammunition of "illegal admissions 'of' ex parte heresay statements." That left the jury confused and bound to find me guilty under the lesser charge of 2nd degree murder. While knowing all along that I was actually innocent!
I am in grave need of some serious legal representation because my fight for my freedom and fair justice is bigger and stronger than I am able to handle. I am up against a court system that is unfair towards minorities such as myself. A District Attorney's office that ignores the innocence in the cases of all poor young black males. And a worldwide known Police force that has a record and a long line of history of corruption; known as the infamous LAPD, that will go to any means and lengths to make a crime fit an innocent person!
All I am asking for is help getting my FAIR day in court with all the evidence. Which I am currently fighting for in pauper.
